Order and Payment

Making a Purchase Products can be ordered directly from our website or by any of the followings means:

Telephon / Fax: Orders can be placed by telephone by calling +46 738 604 604 or sending a fax to + 46 451 709 009. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Email / Post: Orders can also be made through e-mail or post to us at the address given on the Contact Us page.

Payment For online orders the payment can be made through credit or debit card. Card processing is secure and handled on our behalf by PayPal or Payson. All prices on this website are basically in Swedish Krona (SEK). Prices shown in other currencies are calculated according to the current exchange rate. Customers will be billed by us in the currency they have selected to be shown in the web shop. This currency will also be shown on the checkout page. Payment can also be made by cheque or bank transfer, more information is given at checkout.

Sales Tax / VAT Sweden: All prices on this website are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 25% will be added at checkout.

EU Member States: All prices on this website are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 25% will be added at checkout. However, if you have a valid EU VAT registration number please contact us before placing your order. In that case you will NOT be charged any Swedish VAT.

Other European and non-European Countries: VAT will not be added to orders shipped directly to non-EU countries.

Credit Card Security Credit and debit card payments are processed securely on our behalf by PayPal or Payson. Our website transfers you to a secure server belongng to PayPal or Payson for input of your payment details. Your credit or debit card details are not received by or held on our web server and all transactions between your computer and servers are encrypted. If you prefer not to order online, we will gladly accept payment by alternative methods as described above.

You do NOT need a Paypal or Payson account to use the Paypal or Payson credit or debit card payment service. Just choose the appropriate option on their site. Both Paypal and Payson accept conventional credit/debit cards.
