General ConditionsMinimum Order Please note that our minimum order amount is 300.- SEK, excluding Swedish VAT. Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch orders on the day that they are received. We offer a range of Swedish and international delivery options including next-day, international courier, as well as normal post. The customer will be charged a flat rate shipping costs for all deliveries. Back Orders If an ordered item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Warranty and Returns Policy All our items have a 1-month warranty from delivery date for defects and functional failures. This warranty only covers products, which have been applied in accordance with the manual of the product. Limetronic makes no other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No items can be returned without Limetronic's prior written consent. Limetronic will provide an RMA number as authorization for the return of the item. Items that are found to be defective can be exchanged for the exact same item or the defective items will be repaired, if possible. If an item somehow becomes damaged during shipment, we will provide an exact replacement. In the rare event that this occurs, please contact us within 10 days from purchase date. The sender is responsible for goods shipped by normal letter. |
